Individual treatment through an integrative approach while adjusting the method and duration of treatment to the patient.

I believe in a combination of several therapeutic approaches according to the needs that arise in the assessment and treatment. Among other things, I use dynamic, cognitive-behavioral tools, narratives, and more.

In the dynamic approach, the patient and the therapist jointly analyze the materials that come up, create connections and experiences from the past, while referring to the emotional connection created between the therapist and the patient. During the conversation, unconscious conflicts arise which take place and thus lead to progress in the patient's emotional state.

In the cognitive-behavioral approach, there is work on identifying feelings and thoughts that influence behavior and learning relaxation methods and tools to change perceptions, controlling anxiety and negative thoughts.

After an initial assessment process, it will be possible to recommend the nature of the appropriate treatment.

The treatment is suitable for a variety of difficulties :

  • Dealing with life events such as divorce, loss, illness, traumas and family difficulties

  • Fears and anxieties (separation anxiety, school anxiety, death anxiety, phobias, disturbing thoughts and more)

  • Depression or low mood

  • social difficulties

  • Low self-esteem and low sense of competence

  • Difficulties in emotional regulation (outbursts of anger, excessive crying, withdrawal, etc.)

  • Dealing with ADHD, learning disabilities

  • Difficulties in detoxification processes

  • Complaints about physical pain without a medical explanation

  • Difficulties in parent-child relationships (difficulty setting boundaries, lack of separation, emotional distance, etc.)
