I believe in each person’s potential for growth and connection to their inner strengths. As a therapist, my role is to help clients foster internal motivation, recognize their unique strengths, and create meaningful change to enhance their quality of life. I take an integrative therapeutic approach, blending various methods and tools to suit the specific needs and symptoms of each individual, including dynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and narrative techniques. When working with children and adolescents, I emphasize understanding the individual within the broader context of their family and social environment
I bring extensive experience in therapeutic work and counseling within educational settings. I address a range of challenges, including anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, fears, school avoidance, separation anxiety, low self-esteem, social challenges, anger outbursts, difficulty with authority, parent-child relationship issues, intrusive thoughts, behavioral problems, and coping with life events such as trauma, loss, or crisis.
